Tasha Bracken, Principal Event Producer

After almost two decades as a professional wedding planner, Tasha Bracken has left her mark on the Boston wedding scene. Her work has graced countless prestigious publications like Grace Ormonde, Style Me Pretty and Carats and Cake.

Tasha’s event designs are inspired by the individuality and personality of each of her clients. Her design aesthetic is heavily influenced by her love of fashion, travel and fine entertaining.

Whether it’s a wedding, dinner party, birthday or anniversary, Tasha views each celebration as an opportunity to tell her client’s story. Her event designs are always infused with “thoughtful touches” in order to heighten the guest experience.

Tasha loves the logistical details that are the foundation of any exceptional event. She is a strong believer that meticulous pre-planning can ensure event success. Many have said her timeline structure is one of the most detailed in the industry - A compliment that Tasha takes great pride in!

When she’s not planning and designing extraordinary celebrations, Tasha loves to travel, drink spectacular wine and spend time with her family, husband Bill, and fur baby Mariah.

“For me, walking in the room surrounded by so much love and happiness is magic. It’s awe-inspiring to know we are helping our clients host spectacular celebrations that will create lifelong memories for their family and friends. There is nothing else like it.”

Lindsay Dias, Event Producer

Lindsay graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. For nearly a decade, she worked in educational publishing until she decided to pursue her passion for event coordination.

After interning in the industry for several months, she worked her first gala and was hooked! As a Senior Event Producer with TBE, Lindsay works on nonprofits, weddings Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and other social events. She loves coordinating logistics and dreaming up unique design concepts for each of her clients.

Lindsay describes her design aesthetic as a mix between rustic chic and stylish elegance. (Think: beautiful chandeliers with floral installations in a rustic barn venue).

When she is not planning spectacular parties, Lindsay can be found volunteering for the MSPCA, taking a spin class, running the esplanade or eating donuts while swooning over all the dogs at Blackstone Square in the South End.

Her dream vacations include: camping at the Grand Canyon, biking through Burgundy in France, and laying in the sun with a cocktail in Puerto Rico. Lindsay also loves traveling, boxing and cooking.

“Working with a client for months or even years to create the vision and then see it come to life is magical. It builds a personal connection that I’ve been fortunate to have with several clients. Those relationships are the best part of the job.”

Sania Zaki, Associate Event Producer

Sania is a firm believer in designing events that are memorable, personal and unique to each of her clients. Her creativity is influenced by her culture, love for travel and eye for photography.

In addition to being an Associate Event Producer for TBE, Sania is a Portrait, Fashion and Bridal photographer. After receiving her B.A. in Media and Communications, Sania decided to pursue photography at the New England School of Photography.

When she is not supporting the TBE team, Sania enjoys spending time with her loved ones, taking photos and collaborating with other creative professionals. She also loves concerts, experimenting with new flavors of teas/coffees, going out to eat at new restaurants and cuddling with her cat, Tiger.

"Being part of a collaborative team and witnessing our client’s vision come to life is what inspires me the most. The opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and contribute to creating unforgettable, lifelong memories is priceless."
